I have many fallen branches and insurance not covering this afraid branches will fall and hurt someone

I am in need of tree help–my insurance is not covering trees that need to come down because of damage to them and my fence area. Other trees have damage that have some limbs that are hanging. I live on disability income. The insurance company is being so difficult. My trees are thin–Cedar trees–but not healthy since they are old and now lost a lot of branches. They cant stay. It is stressing me out. And my neighbours too–because it is right on our property line–but on my property. My neighbours are having their first baby this weekend. I dont want this mess to keep happening in my life–but want it to end for their lives too. As much as I can remove it (if possible) Anyone that can help—it would be appreciated.
